For the month of August, The Merrill Hotel in Muscatine offered a Tribute Dinner in Mike’s memory. The proceeds from the dinners would go to a charity in his name. The hotel team worked with us to determine his favorite meal and favorite Ardon Creek wine – New York Strip Steak and Vintner’s Blend, dry red wine.
Thank you so much to The Merrill Hotel for doing this for Mike. The Merrill was one of his favorite places to dine. Thank you to all of you in the community and family who participated in this Tribute. We were very touched.
